Consulting, Recruiting and Training

An existing client commissioned us for consultation, recruiting and training services.

Implementation

Through initial consultation, we reached consensus as to roles, timelines, candidate profile and format within our Four-Phase recruiting approach.

Automotive Business Solutions developed the copy and layout of the recruitment ad. The dealership took responsibility for placement.

Dealership management collected and reviewed resumes, conducted initial interviews, verified relative pre-requisites and chose candidates for the second round.

We conducted the second round interviews and recommended the two most suitable candidates who were invited to a third and final interview where job descriptions and relative expectations were shared and discussed prior to formal offers being made.

Outcomes

Having successfully hired these two exceptional candidates, we proceeded to schedule and implement their orientation and training.

The dealership took on the responsibilities of HR documentation and orientation to their respective workspaces.

We delivered a three-day Pro-Active Selling Skills seminar after which one of the new hires performed well beyond expectations while the other performed above standards.

Soon afterwards, the dealership commissioned a customized version of our Management Support Resource Program
