We were commissioned by an existing client to provide further consulting, facilitation and training services for a multi-faceted project, which included sales support services and a new brand marketing initiative.
Implementation
To that end we coordinated the development of two logos and a tag line, representing the dealership and Certified Pre-Owned program. In addition we coordinated the development of templates for print advertising and wrote copy for radio ads.
We also developed and coordinated the dealer’s Certified Pre-Owned program including: inspection and warranty criteria along with a comprehensive operations manual.
In addition, we coordinated and delivered a Customer Service Training module for the entire staff in three group sessions.
For the duration of the project, Automotive Business Solutions facilitated weekly sales meetings. Additional time was committed to support sales Managers and sales consultants in the improvement of the follow up and appointment process. We also followed up regularly with the sales managers to review performance and improvement plans.
A comprehensive executive summary was written outlining managements’ participation and progress.
Outcomes
With more clearly defined roles, responsibilities and processes, the dealership continued to flourish with continued increases in sales volume.
