WHAT WE DO

BEFORE INSTALLATION:

  • Administer online assessments
  • Setup Approach 360® Enterprise web-based software
  • Set performance standards

DURING INSTALLATION:

  • Outline daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities
  • Introduce Approach 360 Simple Sales Process
  • Approach 360 software orientation and training
  • Review performance standards
  • Review daily/weekly/monthly routines
  • Facilitate Kick-off Meeting

AFTER INSTALLATION:

Weekly:

  • Develop Weekly Sales Meeting in PowerPoint
  • Review progress with management

Monthly:

  • Facilitate on-site Sales/Motivational Meeting
  • Motivate, coach, counsel team/individuals as necessary
  • Review/critique progress
  • Share observations/perspectives
  • Make recommendations
